Returns, Refunds & Replacements — Made Simple

At Hulmizone, we believe great shopping doesn't end at checkout — it ends when you're genuinely happy with what arrived at your door. That's the thinking behind every line of this policy: fewer hurdles, clearer steps, and a support team that actually has your back.

Here's everything you need to know.

1. A Full Year to Change Your Mind — 365-Day Returns

Most stores give you a few days. We give you a year.

From the moment your order is delivered, you have 365 days to request a return, replacement, or refund — no pressure, no rush.

For example: delivery on March 5th means you're covered all the way through to March 5th of the following year.

Start a return anytime at: 📧 hulmizone@gmail.com 💬 WhatsApp: +92 321 9584625

What qualifies for a 365-day return?

For your item to be accepted, it should be:

• Unused, in the condition you received it
• Free of any damage
• Packed back in its original box
• Complete with all tags, manuals, and included accessories
• Free from wear, washing, installation marks, or mishandling

Items outside these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Something Arrived Damaged? We'll Fix It Fast

Damaged or broken on arrival? Tell us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll move quickly to sort it out.

📧 hulmizone@gmail.com 💬 WhatsApp: +92 321 9584625

Please include:

• Clear photos of the damage
• Your order number
• A photo of the parcel slip / shipping label

⏱️ Note: Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted — quick reporting helps us verify and resolve things faster for you.

3. Received the Wrong Item?

Mistakes happen — but we'll make it right, quickly.

📧 hulmizone@gmail.com 💬 WhatsApp: +92 321 9584625

Send us:

• Your order number
• Photos of what you actually received
• A photo of the parcel slip

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.

4. Defective or Faulty Product

If something isn't working the way it should, let's get it resolved.

📧 hulmizone@gmail.com 💬 WhatsApp: +92 321 9584625

Our team may ask for:

• Clear photos of the issue
• A short video (if needed)
• Your order number
• A photo of the parcel slip

Once reviewed, we'll confirm whether it qualifies for a replacement, refund, or return.

5. How Returns Work — Step by Step

Step 1 — Reach Out Message our support team with your order details and the issue. 📧 hulmizone@gmail.com 💬 +92 321 9584625

Step 2 — We Review Our team checks the request and walks you through next steps.

Step 3 — Send It Back Once approved, we'll share the return address and instructions.

Step 4 — Pack With Care Original packaging, all accessories included — just as it arrived.

Step 5 — Send It Via Courier Book a courier service to send the item back to us using the return address we provide.

Step 6 — Warehouse Check Your item is inspected for condition and quality once it reaches us.

Step 7 — Resolution Approved returns are wrapped up with a refund, replacement, or exchange — whichever fits best.

6. Refunds, Explained

Once your return clears inspection, your refund is on its way.

📧 hulmizone@gmail.com 💬 WhatsApp: +92 321 9584625

A few things to know:

• Refunds apply once return conditions are met
• The refund covers the product value
• Delivery/courier charges may be non-refundable in some cases
• Timelines vary by payment method and internal verification

7. Replacements, Explained

We're happy to offer a replacement when:

• The wrong item was delivered
• The product arrived damaged
• A defect is confirmed
• You'd simply prefer a swap over a refund (within the 365-day window)

If the same item isn't in stock, we'll offer a refund, an alternate product, or a store adjustment instead.

📧 hulmizone@gmail.com 💬 WhatsApp: +92 321 9584625

8. When a Return May Not Be Accepted

To keep things fair for everyone, we may decline a request if:

• The item shows signs of use
• Damage occurred after delivery
• Original packaging is missing
• Accessories or parts are incomplete
• The report came in past the allowed window
• The issue is due to misuse or normal wear
• Details don't match our order records

Not sure where you stand? Just ask us first — we're happy to check. 📧 hulmizone@gmail.com 💬 +92 321 9584625

9. A Few Tips That Help Everyone

• Inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives
• Flag damage or wrong items right away
• Keep the product, box, parcel slip, and accessories safe
• Avoid using an item you plan to return

10. Our Commitment (and Rights)

Hulmizone reserves the right to:

• Request photos, videos, or proof before approving a claim
• Decline requests that don't meet policy conditions
• Decide the fairest resolution based on product condition and stock

We built this policy to be simple — but if anything's ever unclear, just reach out. We're here to help.
